I am much happier, my quests get done, and like the Drifter says: I don't care if we win or lose, so long as I get paid. Me, I take the first approach and completely ignore the win condition unless I joined with a pre-made fireteam. You basically have two choices: You can accept that it will happen and find your own ways to enjoy the game, or you can rant and rage and get frustrated and raise your blood pressure. Also, you should quit no matter what that’s just scummy and unfair to others in your team, if they ask something of you that doesn’t mean you have to do it so that’s a poor excuse for leaving matches you queued for. People actually need a carry for recluse? And how come I got my recluse at fabled 2 instead of fabled 1.

And if it were skilled based matchmaking i wouldnt have to deal with wet noodles wanting a free 2100. As someone who has quit a lot of comp games because 1 guy wants a recluse carry, i can tell you for a fact the most they hit you with is a 30 minute timeout. Its frustrating for sure lol I had one match with 2 other players I'm guessing were friends but sucked really bad other team just stomped us no way I could carry so to save myself the pain I'd kill myself lol caint win em all sadly but it's easier in my opinion just finding someone to q with helps so you dont get matched up with crappy players. Please just ban rage quitters from regular matchmaking Bungie and put them in their own separate queue with cheaters as well so they feel the pain, kind of like a mix between Titanfalls cheating lobbies and GTAVs bad sport lobbies. Also, most of the matches I join is just me filling the spot of a rage quitter and the team I'm on is usually an obvious loss even if I try my very best. At least 75% of the matches I play have a rage quitter or two. The reason I think this is due to being matched with people who just rage quit every game but are somehow high up in the skill ladder so they can apparently compete at that level. Mostly because of skill based matchmaking (in my opinion).
